Lost Season 3 Episode 2

We start tonight with Sun flashing back to her childhood. Something about a broken ballerina which she blames the maid for breaking.
Back to reality: Sayid, Sun and Jin are on the sailboat waiting for Jack to respond to the signal fire they set. They have decided to move the boat in case Jack is in the north.

Jack is still at in his jail/aquarium: Juliette has Jack sit in the corner again so that he can recieve food. Juliette has made him some soup. She then walks down the hall to a room where "Ben" is. He is standing just outside of a room that looks like a surveillance room. Some woman comes in to tell Ben that they need to send out a group to stop them for if the boat gets close enough it might find the real camp. Ben sends her away and tells her he wants "that boat".

Jack and Kate are removed from their polar bear cages and taken to eat some food.

The sailboat is on the move.
Sun flashbacks to her in bed with Jae (remember the guy who taught her english)......Its obvious they are having an affair. He encourages her to go to america. Sun's father comes to the door and finds her there.......uh oh.

Sawyer and Kate are lead through into a work camp. There are other people there. They are informed they will be shocked if they break the rules and will be shot if they run away. Kate says she won't work until she talks to Jack. The guy shocks Sawyer......he falls to the ground and is informed it is only set to quarter strength. I guess they are not going to be eating any food at that particular moment.

Flashback: Sun's father tells Jun to do a job for him by killing Jae. He tells Jin he is stealing from him. Jin tells him he will not kill him and attempts to quit. But Sun's dad pressures him with the whole family honour shpeal.

The sailboat finds a dock. They decide to dock the boat there and start a new signal fire.

At the work camp, work is not that pleasant especially since Kate still has to wear that dress.

Kate finds a girl in the bushes. She talks to her for a few minutes about how the dress is actually hers and then dissapears. She reminds me of the girl from the nursary room back in Season two.

Sayid makes a fire on the beach. Sun realizes that Sayid is lieing to her....when she demands the truth. He says he is really going to make the fire to attract the others then he will ambush them keep two hostages and kill the rest. He asks her to lie to Jin until the fire has started. This way he won't back out.

Flashback. Sun and Jin talk about whether or not to "deliver the message" Sun suggests they run away........Jin refuses to and goes to dispose of Jae.

The fire is started. Jin understands what is going on as he understands english and "knows Sun betrayed him and wants a gun". Sun retreats to the boat and is informed their is one last gun in the boat.

Work Camp: Juliette - who by some miracle seems to be involved in all aspects of everything - Tosses Sawyer some water to drink.
Sawyer goes and kisses Kate: it starts a brawl - Saywer ends up with a gun. But Juliette threatens Kate with death, tells "James" to drop so he relents and is in turn - shocked. I can guarantee with a much more potent strength.

It is night: Sun is in the boat. Sayid and Jin wait on the beach. There is a whole bunch of people on the boat. Sun goes for the gun.

Flashback: Jin goes up to the apartment to and attacks Jae. He puts the gun to his head but can't kill him. He tells him to leave the country, change his identity and never come back. Jae throws himself from the building with a pearl necklace in his hand. He happens to land right on Jin's car.

Colleen and Sun face off in the boat. Colleen tells Sun she is not a killer and that the others are not the bad guys, but Sun shoots her anyway. In an instant there is a short gunfight. The others manage to take the boat. Sun rolls off the boat even after being shot at.

Flashback: Sun is at the funeral - her father comes to tell her to leave and says he must have had shame to throw himself from the building.

Sawyer and Kate spend the night in their respective Polar Bear cages. Sawyer and Kate discuss the days events. There is some more flurtatious banter. awww. We find out Sawyers real name is James.......Kate asks what is next......Sawyer tells her they need to wait until they make a mistake. But.......Ben is watching and listening to their every move in the surveillance room.

Ben goes to see Jack. Ben encourages Jack to change his perspective. Ben formally introduces himself as "Benjamin Linus and I have lived on this island all my life".

Ben tells him if he co-operates he will be sent home. Jack asks why they stay. Ben tells him he does have access to the outside world and current events. He tells Jack some current events and shows him a video of the "Red Socks winning the world series.

Hmmmm.......Some theories need some serious revision.
