In my Head

So over the weekend I had a chance to talk to someone I haven't talked to in while. Here is how that conversation went:

Me: Hi

Young Lady: Hi.......how are you?

Me: Pretty good.......yourself?

YL: Great!

Me: So whats new?

YL: Im getting Married!!!!!

Me: Yah......I read the email......

YL: Oh Yah.......I sent you that

Me: So you set a date yet?

YL: Yup May.......

Me: May of what year?

YL: This one of course.......Im sooooooo exited about it!

Me: (this is all in my head, although I wish I could say it).

:WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING............YOU ARE WAY TO YOUNG FOR THAT.........you probably shouldn't marry someone you have been in love with since you were like 14. Being "in Love" and "loving" someone is different.......but how would you know that; your like 18 years old!

Me: akward silence

YL: akward silence

Me: more akward silence

YL: more akward silence

Me: well I have to go.......I have some.........thing to do

YL: okay bye........

I think this went better than the last time I heard about someone I had taught under 20 getting married...... You can feel free to get engaged at any time, but please please please live your life a little before you tie the knot.

I was just having a visual of the person I wanted to marry when I was 14 *shiver*/*ew face*. Seriously folks!..........marriage should be forever. Lets not push up the divorce rate thanks.
