A little while ago I attempted to read the book that all tweenage girls have been either squealing about or dissing. This book is called "Twilight". A story of a young girl that falls in love with a vampire. Fortunately around page 50, I put this book down. Many of my friends have fallen victim to this book. Frankly, if I had a list of the books I never finished and don't want to. It would be in the top 3. Anyway, this is not the reason for the post. The real reason I'm posting is to talk about the book's new movie. The actor they have selected is Robert Pattison (of Cedric Diggory fame). In Twilight he looks like this:
I admit, if I was a tween, I might think he looked pretty hot. Unfortunately, In real life he looks like this:

It must be, Although this person doesn't look like a tweenage heart throb in the least.
I don't really know if he looks vampireish enough in this picture either. Perhaps in his next role he should to be the crazy psycho. How about a villain in the next batman movie? His signature move would be to shoot death lasers out of his eyes.
Just sayin.
I think all I can conclude from this is, some people just look better in their teenage years. Circa this picture:
